Christmas cookies *BREDELE
Published on 22 December 2024
OhohOh Christmas is coming ... and who says Christmas in Alsace, necessarily says Christmas cookies.
In Alsatian, we call them, bredele or braedele (Bas-Rhin and Moselle), or more specifically Winachtsbredele (literally, "Christmas cookies"). These petits fours, made especially for the end-of-year holidays, come in several forms: feel free to choose the shape you like the most! They symbolize the approach of Christmas and what is better than a good hot chocolate and some Bredele?
Come and enjoy our little Christmas cakes, made by our pastry chef Olivier, every day from 7am to 11pm at the restaurant A l'Ami Fritz located 500m away.
